The Role - Marketing Executive

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be right at the heart of our marketing efforts – making exciting decisions, bringing bold ideas to life, and seeing the impact of your work in real-time. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Kirsty Jocham, and our Marketing Assistant, Carla Streeter, becoming a key part of our team. If you love getting stuck in, thinking on your feet, and making things happen, this role is for you! 

This is a hybrid role based in Poole. 

A few things you'll be diving into:

• Campaign Management & Planning: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to support the firm’s growth. 
• Content Creation: Lead the creation, editing, and publication of engaging blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials that connect with our audience. 
• Event Management: Organise and deliver internal and external events that showcase our expertise and strengthen relationships with the business community. 
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the management of social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates. 
• SEO & Website Optimisation: Improve our online presence by optimising website content, tracking keyword performance, and implementing best practices to boost search rankings and drive organic traffic. 
• Design & Branding: Work on visual assets, presentations, and marketing collateral – whether that’s briefing external designers or rolling up your sleeves in Canva or Adobe. 
• Market Research: Carry out market research and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future activities. 
• Analytics & Reporting: Dive into the data, track what’s working (and what’s not), and report back to the Marketing team with suggestions. 

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within professional services (legal knowledge is a plus, but not a dealbreaker). 
• A hands-on, practical approach – you enjoy seeing campaigns through from concept to execution. 
• Confident in content creation and digital marketing, including expertise in SEO, social media management, and email marketing. 
• An eye for detail with strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns. 
• Design/editing skills – Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar would be a big plus, but creativity matters more than the tool. 
• Adaptable & proactive – You’re happy in a fast-moving environment and aren’t afraid to try new things. 
• A team player – You thrive in collaboration, love bouncing around ideas, and are always happy to support others.
