About David

David spent the first part of his career specialising in commercial and residential development and investment work. Since moving to Devon in the early 1990s David has built up his local practice of mainly residential conveyancing work.

Having been with a small firm most of his career David has always believed in contract and availability to his clients, and, indeed, this has resulted in obtaining instructions from several clients who had previously instructed far larger firms which lacked the immediate personal response and availability.

David works closely with clients both commercial and residential, in the former case dealing with acquisitions, leasing disposals, and in the latter case, similarly, purchases, sales and leases.

Corporate clients, but now mainly private clients with regard to their various property matters.

David endeavours to provide a practical approach to any problems which may arise and also, in particular, personal contact and availability.

David has a large family - 4 children with 7 grandchildren and therefore a lot of time spent with family.

Also, David enjoys gardening, walking and looking after animals at home (horses, dogs and chickens). David enjoys a general outdoor life.
