We’re on the lookout for a reliable and organised Legal Admin Assistant to help support our lawyers, making sure they can focus on what they do best - delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.


In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our office running smoothly, and supporting our efforts to ensure everything is in line with the necessary regulations. You’ll play a vital role in helping our lawyers meet their compliance requirements while managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:


This is a full-time, office-based role in Poole, working 5 days a week. Here’s what you’ll be doing:


Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Printing and posting important legal documents

File openings on our case management system

Scanning incoming post to staff and saving to our case management system

Supporting compliance director with Anti - Money Laundering and matter risk assessments requirements. (Training will be provided!)

Supporting lawyers with general admin and use of IT systems.

Inputting key dates into systems 


What you'll need


Proven experience in an office assistant, admin assistant or relevant role

Strong communication and people skills

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

A solid knowledge of MS Office and office management software
