About Maria
Maria mainly deals with commercial and residential property, however, she has a particular understanding of investment strategies, including Rent to Rents, Houses of Multiple Occupation, Serviced Accommodation, Delayed Completions and Purchase Lease Options. She already started her investment journey with her husband, David.
Maria helps Property investors mainly although she does handle all usual residential transactions (e.g. moving house).
She prioritises communication with her clients as that is key in establishing a good working relationship. She aims to ensure that her advice to clients is easy to follow and is on hand to answer any questions that arise. If there are any particular deadlines to meet, she strives to do her best to get them over the line on time. She will always let you know at the start of a matter how quickly it can be completed. She will also make you aware of any particular issues that crop up and provide effective solutions to try to keep a matter on track.

- Exchange with delayed completion - Drafting contracts to allow long stop dates for completion where a client requires early access to carry out works to improve a property
