About Sherrie-Ann
Sherrie-Ann is an Accounts Assistant supporting the internal team and consultants with all things accounts. Having worked in Criminal and Family Law previously, Sherrie-Ann started at Woodstock as main admin support, she has since returning from maternity leave gained confidence and understanding of accounts and has moved into this avenue of work. She enjoys working things out and fixing them. She has become an integral part of the internal credit control team.
Sherrie-Ann doesn't get much time to relax these days with a very active 2-year-old boy who keeps her on her feet. They like to go on bear hunts and search for Gruffalo’s. But. on the off chance, she does get some time to relax, she will do so with a nice glass of wine, a nice walk, gardening and growing vegetables and a good old concert or gig.
Responsibilities
- Credit Control - Internal credit control, Weekly credit control, contacting clients for payments, arranging payment plans, chasing clients and answering any invoice queries that might arise.
- Completions - Organising payment runs for property sales and purchases
- Reconciliations of client and office accounts
- Daily Accounts upkeeping
- File closing - Closing files for all when files are completed.
- Running numerous reports - Disbursements, WIP, Matter balances, client to office transfers, office and client payments.
