About Bethany
Bethany is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property Team. She has completed both the Level 4 & 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing Law & Practice and holds her practising licence with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.
Her previous experience within the Estate Agency & Mortgage Industry gives her further insight into dealing with a whole array of property matters. Bethany offers a personalised service and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing from Sales and Purchases through to Remortgages and Transfers of Equity.
Bethany takes pride in guiding her clients through the legal process ensuring that they have a good understanding of the process and potential timescales.

Legal Expertise In Practice
- Sale of Property with a Help to Buy Loan (during the change of HTB Management Company) - During this time it was incredibly hard to get hold of HTB. Myself and my assistant were chasing hours and hours of the day, even at weekends to be able to get what we needed to enable the client to move in time for school term dates. It was a close one but we made it!
- Multiple transactions for a property investor - After being introduced to RBL back in June this year, we have rapidly gone through purchases for this particular investor who wanted to quickly build her portfolio. We have worked together, checking over the packs before she bids at auction and having every file set up and ready to go for when she has won the bid. We are now on our 7th matter since June and it is safe to say, there will be more.
- Sale of Property subject to Grant of Probate - Lesley came to me shortly after the passing of her mother seeking advice on how best to sell the property. We spent time together researching the local agents, getting onboarded and we had the matter completed within 2 months. Whilst there was a great geographical distance, we managed to get everything sorted through teams meetings, calls and emails, keeping the stress to a minimum.
