About Kerry
Kerry is a Chartered Legal Executive and consultant specialising in Residential Property and Conveyancing matters. She has gained experience over 15 years having worked for two local authorities in Dorset as well as within private practice.
Kerry would be pleased to assist you with any Residential Property matter including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust and Lease extensions. Kerry prides herself on being friendly and approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude and really enjoys the fast pace of Conveyancing. There is no matter too complicated and Kerry enjoys problem-solving as is often required on many property matters.
Away from the office, Kerry is kept busy looking after three boys – her young son, dog and husband and enjoys spending as much time as possible outside in the fresh air.
