About Tamsin

Tamsin is an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer based in Poole, Dorset. She advises a broad range of clients on commercial property matters including: landlord and tenant (commercial leases); property acquisitions and disposals; secured lending; development projects - land assembly as well as conditional and option contracts; and property support on commercial acquisitions.

Tamsin takes a client-centred, solutions orientated approach to her legal work, taking the time to understand each client's specific needs and objectives. She is committed to providing clear, practical straight forward advice and helping clients navigate the ‘how’ of commercial property law. She enjoys working in a collaborative way with her clients on their commercial property projects.

She is a business owner herself, co-owning a childcare business since 2013. She worked in Auckland, New Zealand for several years which included managing a surgical practice in a private hospital and working as chief operating officer for a ‘new law’ firm providing senior lawyers on secondments to corporate clients. In this way she brings perspective, a breadth of business experience and versatility to her legal work.
